Processing time

Items are made in advance and ready to ship, unless otherwise specified. Ready made items are normally dispatched in 1-3 business days. We will contact you if there is any issue.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Yokai Candy is not not responsible for delays or taxes due to customs.

In the event of unauthorized returned packages due to incorrect addresses and refused mail, shipping will not be refunded and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the merchandise refund total. Please make sure your address is correct at the time of order to avoid delays and issues.

 

 

Q: Do you Sell/ Ship internationally/ outside the USA?

A: We are not currently shipping to Europe or Africa. We are currently shipping to USA, Canada, South and Central America, Asia and Australia/Oceania.
